1. Visit the Registration Page: Go to our official registration portal at https://mass.caamdigital.com
a. https://registration.caamdigital.com/MASS/ During registration, please follow the following instruction as per below:
i. Fill in your personal information and other required fields.
ii. Choose the one session that has been confirmed for you.
iii. Upload a high-resolution photo | 20MB (passport size) Upload your bio | 300 words max
b. VISA ASSISTANCE: For speakers requiring a visa to attend MASS 2024, Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) offers assistance through confirmation letters. These letters can be requested to facilitate visa applications at the embassies and consulates.
2. PREPARE YOUR PRESENTATIONS
Submission deadline for PPT presentation: September 6, 2024 – Please submit your presentation by this deadline to ensure inclusion in the event. If you need to make updates/amendments, please re-upload the revised presentation and notify us through email to inform us of the updated file.
a. Download the MASS 2024 PPT template attached in your email.
i. To maintain a consistent look, please use the official MASS 2024 PPT template. You are allowed to add your logos in the footer of your presentation.
ii. Limit your use of fonts to ensure compatibility and readability. Use standard fonts such as Arial or Times New Roman.
iii. Do not embed videos over 5MB.
iv. PPT file size should be under 20MB total.
b. Please submit your PPT presentation slide at programme@mass.caamdigital.com.
i. Important – Name your file in this format: Speaker First and Last Name_Presentation Title_Submission Date (Example: Manaf Ahmad_Safety Flight_05072024).
3. COMPLETE SPEAKER CONSENT FORM
As part of the registration process we require all speakers to complete the Speaker Consent Form. The consent form ensures the Organizer has the necessary permissions to use speaker’s presentation and related materials. This includes the rights to record, distribute and promote your session.

b. Complete all required fields in the form.
c. Sign the form and submit to us.
