Everything you need to know before attending MASS '26.
MASS ’26 will be held on 10 September 2026 at Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur, located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC).
The seminar will take place from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (MYT, UTC+8). The official opening ceremony will start at 9:00 AM, and participants are requested to be seated by 8:45 AM.
Participants are required to register online through the official MASS ’26 website. Registration will close on 31 August 2026. Walk-in registration will not be accepted. Participants are encouraged to register early as seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registered participants may collect their event pass at the following times and locations:
- 7–8 September 2026: SSP Unit, Podium B, Level 4, CAAM Putrajaya, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- 9 September 2026: Grand Ballroom Foyer, Level 1, Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur, from 2:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
- 10 September 2026: Grand Ballroom Foyer, Level 1, Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur, from 7:30 AM to 8:45 AM.
Participants are required to present their registration confirmation email when collecting their event pass.
Yes, all participants must wear their identification badge at all times during the seminar.
No — participation is based on a first-come, first-served basis.
No. Accommodation will not be provided to participants. Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation. A list of recommended hotels is available in the MASS ’26 Information Bulletin.
Yes. Lunch and morning and afternoon coffee breaks will be provided for all registered participants.
Participants are advised to wear business attire.
The venue is easily accessible by car or e-hailing services. The nearest rail station is KLCC LRT Station, which is within walking distance of the venue.
Yes. Parking is available at the venue at a flat rate of MYR18.00 for MASS ’26 participants.
Yes. Malaysia Airlines is the official airline for MASS’26 and special promotional fares are available for participants travelling to Kuala Lumpur.
